Chemi Darou quality control departments consist of :


1. CHEMICAL LABORATORY ( ANALYTICAL AND INSTRUMENTAL LAB.)
2. IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL( IPQC ).
3.
MICROBIOLOGICAL LABORATORY. and one main purpose "BETTER QUALITY THROUGH A CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT TOWARD GLP"



Chemical laboratory (Analytical and instrumental lab).

:: A wide range of tests is performed in this Lab.
from simple physical to absolutely precise instrumental tests, controlling from starting materials including active ingredients, excipients and packaging materials to finished products.

In-process quality control. ( IPQC )

:: Semi finished products are controlled here six controllers/samplers continuously check different production departments, taking sample during different stage in production. Three chemist check the predetermined check point to receive the highest quality.

Microbiological Laboratory..

:: Responsible for bringing most confidence concerning the environmental condition of clean & aseptic rooms, sterility & endotoxin tests, bioassays etc. One microbiologist is employed here.

:: All medicines are generally preformed under international standards of United states and British Pharmacopeias (USP and BP) and occasionally on customer request under standard like European or Japanese Pharmacopeias (EP and JP) in different forms such as tablets, capsules, ampoules, suspension, and drops .
:: Chemi Darou was awarded certificate of approval of ISO 9001(2000) quality management system in July 2003, and is committed on continuous quality improvements to fulfill customer's satisfaction .
